Took a stab at another caricature portrait. It’s supposed to be William Levy…not sure if I did a very good job of capturing his likeness. This was done using a mechanical pencil and digitally colored.
Tongue is supposed to be hanging out one side, bottom lip is supposed to be hanging out the other. I realized I kinda screwed that up, but that’s what it’s supposed to be.
Same picture, but digital color added. It’s gonna take me a long time to get the hang of that…
Decided to take my first shot at doing digital color. Meh. Maybe I should just stick to black and white.
I’ve only done one other prismacolor portrait in color, and that was back in high school. I have no idea what got into me to do this…I guess we all grieve in different ways.
I hope these people won’t get sore at me trying to draw them..
It’s time to get some Prismacolor practice in. The top is the greyscale version (modified digitally), and the bottom is the freehand Prismacolor original I did.
I think they turned out ok…webbing of iris could’ve used a bit more work.
